树脂增强剂在自硬树脂砂中的应用研究 东风汽车公司通用铸锻厂 马朝阳 摘要：本文研究在自硬树脂中加入增强剂以提高树脂砂强度，降低树脂加入量。在实验室对KH550、G－439两种增强剂，新砂、再生砂两种砂，在两种树脂上进行了试验，结果表明KH550和G－439均有一定的增强效果，并找到了最佳加入量，在生产上进行了试用，具有较好的效果。 关键词：自硬树脂砂 增强剂 对比试验 A Stuty of Resin Strengthener user in Self-setting Resin Sand Ma Chaoyang(General Foundry and Forging Plant, Dongfeng Motor Co.)
