绿色壁垒对中韩农产品贸易的影响及应对措施分析 系 别 经济与管理学系 专 业 国际经济与贸易 班 级 姓 名 指 导 教 师 摘 要 绿色壁垒产生于二十世纪七十年代，是国际贸易中迅速发展的一种新型非关税贸易壁垒，绿色壁垒的出现对国际贸易产生了巨大而深远的影响。在这种趋势下，以保护自然资源、生态环境、人类健康为名义而设置的“绿色壁垒”对农产品国际贸易的影响越来越大。绿色壁垒是一种新型的贸易壁垒。近年来，中韩两国农产品贸易频繁遭受绿色壁垒限制，导致中国农产品出口竞争力大幅度下降，并给中国带来了巨大经济损失。在这种背景下，本文采用理论和实证相结合的研究方法，积极探索绿色壁垒对韩中两国农产品出口贸易的影响，找到打破农产品贸易绿色壁垒的对策，这对实现韩中两国农产品贸易的可持续发展具有重要意义。 关键词 ：绿色壁垒，中韩农产品，应对措施 Abstract Green barriers emerged over the last ten years in the international community and it is a new non-tariff trade barrier,which is inseparable from the globalization of environment problems.The emergence of Green barriers in international trade has generated the profound impact. In such circumstances, green barriers, which are on the grounds of protecting natural resources, ecological environment, human health, have more influences on international trade of agricultural products.Green barriers is a new economic barriers. In recent years, Korea and China agricultural products have encountered green barriers with increasing frequency, which lead to great declination of exports competitiveness for Chinas agricultural and tremendous economic losses. In this context, by means of a combination of theoretical research and empirical research, this paper aims to actively explore the effects of green barriers on Korea and China agricultural products exports and finally find counter measures to break green barriers for our agricultural products exports, which is of great significance to achieve the sustainable development for Korea and China agricultural trade.
