General Provisions 1.1定义 1.1 Definitions 在包括专用条件和本通用条件的合同条件（“本合同条件”）中，以下措辞和用语的含义如下所述。除非上下文中另有要求，指当事人和当事各方的词包括公司和其它法律实体。 In the Conditions of Contract (these Conditions), which include Particular Conditions and these General Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings stated.
