黑 龙 江 大 学 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文 论文题目： 我国商业银行中间业务发展 现状及问题 学 院： 经济与工商管理学院 年 级： 2012级 专 业： 金融学 姓 名： 邵 琦 学 号： 指导教师： 关 玉 2016年4月10日摘要 我国加入WTO以后，在全球范围内金融自由化程度的不断加深，金融技术的快速进步，市场需求逐渐扩大和金融管制慢慢放宽的背景下，外资银行进入中国金融市场的速度不断加快，和中资银行的竞争与合作全方位展开，这就导致传统存贷业务的盈利空间受到挤压，利差收入开始出现萎缩。因此，商业银行中间业务便得到了极大的发展，成为商业银行的越来越重要的业务。本文主要是采用了规范分析和比较分析相结合的方法。首先，介绍了中间业务的基本理论和背景；其次，分析了我国商业银行中间业务发展现状及问题；再次，研究了西方商业银行中间业务的发展现状并从中吸取经验；最后，针对我国商业银行中间业务的现状及问题提出了相应的改进措施及对策。 关键词 商业银行；中间业务；对策 Abstract Since China’s entry into WTO, foreign banks have been speeding up their pace to enter Chinas financial market to carry through all-round competition and cooperation with China banks, which causes the profit margins of traditional deposit and lending business being squeezed and shrink the interest income as well.What’s more, there are more financial technology progresses, larger market demands and less financial control along with the development of global financial liberalization.Under the backgrounds above,intermediary business has made great achievements ,making it one of the key business of commercial banks. This paper adopted the method of combining the normative analysis and comparative analysis.As for the context ,firstly,we introduce the basic theory and background of the intermediate business. Secondly, we study the present state of development and problems of intermediary business in China; Thirdly, we analyze the development of commercial bank’s intermediary business in western countries and abstract some experience from it.Finally, considering the present state of commercial bank’s intermediary business in our country,we put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.
