Logistics industry has suffered a severe test.In addition ,China’s logistics enterprises get burden with high taxation ,bad traffic ,short of land etc.The cost growth faster than income and the economic benefit sharply decline.So how do the logistics enterprises survive in the present situation ?,and how to achieve sustainable development ? Introducing the idea of supply chain management is necessary.It is wise to lead the market mechanism into enterprise and establish the enterprise internal integration . This not only provides space for the development of logistics enterprises, but also gives the enterprises a significance strategic . Keywords:sup
