摘 要 目的:确从黑龙江民间流传使用的开菲尔粒中分离到一株优势乳酸菌,并命名为 HUCM 101,经形态学及 16SrR NA 序列分析,鉴定为高加索酸奶乳杆菌(Lactobacillus kefiri),其 16S rR NA 基因序列在国际 Genbank 数据库中的序列注册号为 KC845576。
