分类号：F3 学校单位代码：10446 硕 士 学 位 论 文 论文题目： 研究生姓名学 科专 业：导师姓名、职称：论文时间：中文摘要 20世纪90年代以来，随着经济全球化的进一步深化，现代通讯技术的快速发展，信息和知识的进一步数字化和标准化，越来越多的公司将非核心的服务业务外包给外部企业来执行，以达到降低生产成本、提高服务质量、优化产业结构、专注核心竞争力等目的。现代服务外包产业在全球范围内得以蓬勃发展。 本文首先阐述了国际视域内服务外包产业的发展状况。通过对全球服务外包产业的发展特征与发展趋势的分析，可以看出，服务外包产业在全球范围内得到广泛发展，交易规模不断扩大，业务范围不断拓展，参与群体也不断增多。据联合国贸发会议和世界服务外包协会预测,目前全球服务外包市场将以每年30%～40%的速度递增,到2007年已增至12000亿美元。美国、日本、欧盟国家是全球服务外包产业的主要发包国。印度、中国、墨西哥、巴西等崛起中的发展中国家正成为服务外包产业的主要承接地。其中，印度是服务外包产业最大的承接国。 论文最后提到，要推动我国服务外包产业的结构升级，增强我国服务外包产业的国际竞争力，需要政府和企业的共同努力。政府层面，通过相应法律的制定与执行、税收优惠政策的实施、资金的扶持等措施，为我国服务外包产业的发展提供一个良好的基础环境和制度环境；企业层面，首先要通过合理的业务选择、形成专业化分工、产业集群战略等措施，做好服务外包产业价值链末端的业务。同时，通过技术创新、打造品牌等积极承接来自价值链高端的外包业务，最终完成我国服务外包产业价值链的重构和升级。 关 键 词：服务外包 产业结构升级 全球价值链 Abstract Since the 1990s,with the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of modern communications technologies and the further digitization and standardization of information and knowledge, more and more companies have activities in the non-core services to external companies to perform, in order to achieve the objective that bringing down the production costs, improving service quality, optimizing the industrial structure ,focusing on core competitiveness and so on. In the worldwide, modern outsourcing services industry has vigorous development. The paper first explains the development of outsourcing services within the international extension. Through analysis the features and treads of global outsourcing services industry, we can see that outsourcing services industry in the world has the extensive development. The size of trade has been extended, the business scope has been expanded and participation in groups is also increasing. According to the UN CTAD and the World Outsourcing Association predict that the current global services market will increase 30% to 40% per year, and it had increased to 1.2 trillion dollars by 2007.United States, Japan and EU countries are the major countries who outsource its
