Now I give a brief description of the situation of Fengning as follows: First, Fengning Overview Fengning is located in the north of Hebei Province, west of Chengde City and south of the capital Beijing. The total area is ??8765 square kilometers, is the second largest county in Hebei province, with a total population of 40 million people which the Manchu population is 62.3%. In 2005, was determined as a town that managed by Heibei province government directly. In 2010, was listed as one of 14 counties of Green Economy Circle nearby the capital of China .Aslo，Fengning is one of six Bashang counties in Hebei Province who takes as the helping country of National Development and Reform Commission, Democratic National Construction Association Central, Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
