Unit 05 Standing Orders These standing orders shall not be construed by anyone to indicate a departure from the Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea, navigational laws of PR China, Regulations for the International Convention of Safety of Life at sea , or the usual practices of good seamanship.
