南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：日产00吨新闻纸设计 学 院： 轻工科学与工程学院 专 业： 轻化工程（制浆造纸装备与控制） 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导老师： 20 13 年 5 月 2 日 摘要 本次毕业设计的课题为日产400吨新闻纸抄造生产线设计。 本次设计的流程为：首先掌握新闻纸的产品性能特点，确定如何通过工艺满足其各项性能指标，确定工艺生产流程，湿部化学添加工艺，完成新闻纸的浆水平衡计算、设备选型计算，完成后绘制备料、打浆车间工艺流程图、管路图及车间平面布置图；最后完成设计说明书编写工作。 工艺方面：本设计是采用80%废纸脱墨浆，20%机械浆进行抄造。应用CS， AKD，中性施胶、加填、和内部施胶等工段。其中纤维浆水误差为0.m3，浆料浆水误差为m3。 设备方面：本设计中采用了VOITH8200纸机，最高车速达1400m/min。 车间布置方面为了便于纸机的运行，使设备安装合理性，车间的设计采用了两层布置，车间面积m2，车间主跨m，柱距6m。 通过本次设计，了解新闻纸的生产工艺及所用设备，进一步巩固所学知识，为以后的工作及研究打下扎实的基础。 关键词：新闻纸造纸车间工艺平衡设备选型车间平面布置 Abstract The graduation design topic is daily production 300 tons of raw materials to waste paper mainly newsprint workshop preliminary design. The design process is that: first master newsprint product performances, determine how through the craft meet its various performance indicators, determine the process flow, chemical add process in wet part; then complete water and fiber balance calculation, equipment selection calculation. After completion drawing prepares materials, beating workshop process flow diagram, pipe graph and workshop layout. Finally complete the design specification compilation. Process: the design is to use 80% waste paper deinking pulp, 20% mechanical pulp for making. By AKD ,CS, neutral sizing agent, filling, and Internal glue and so on. Equipment: this design is adopted in paper machine named VOITH8200,which has 1400m/speed top speed of min. Workshop layout: to facilitate the operation of the machine and equipment installation, workshop, the rationality was designed with two layers of decorate, workshop area is 5916m2 and the main span of workshop is 24m, column space is 6m. Through this design, I understanding the production process and used equipment of newsprint, further consolidate the knowledge for the future work and study the solid foundation.
