From the questionnaire survey design, modify, to fill in the questionnaire, feedback, through comprehensive analysis of library to college students satisfaction. University library readers satisfaction degree of the influence factors of the analysis, as well as the influence factors of the satisfaction degree of the readers in library collection is the allocation of resources, librarian quality, and convenience services, library environment and lending system, and based on this, puts forward the improving of the satisfaction degree of the readers of university library countermeasures and Suggestions. Key words: College students library satisfaction  一、前言 （一）研究目的及意义 1．研究目的 图书馆是一所大学的心脏，是大学的三大支柱之一。开发利用图书馆的资源、提高大学生对图书馆的使用率是每所大学的重要工作，也是体现图书馆的核心价值所在。读者调查是图书馆与读者沟通的重要手段。对读者进行认真深入的调查，了解读者的文献需求情况，把握读者利用图书馆的特点、现状，是图书馆确定发展目标，及时适应读者需求变化，有针对性地改进图书馆工作的重要依据。我院学生为了图书馆以后的发展，秉着“加强图书馆与各院系的学术联系发挥纽带作用，使之更好地为广大学友服务；学生在学术交流中感受差距进而见贤思齐、得以自我提升；在服务实践中培养务实、博爱的良好品质”的理念而展开的，就我校图书馆运行现状及
