摘 要 建筑给水排水工程是介绍建筑内部的给水、消防给水、排水、雨水、热水供应的基本理论、设计原理、方法，以及安装及管理方面的基本知识和技术。 本次设计的对象属于高层住宅楼，建筑总面积13214m2，自然层总数29层,总高度84.1m。此楼设有生活给水、消防、排水、雨水系统。 生活给水系统：采用分区给水方式，根据市政管网压力和楼高共分三个区，其中5层以下为低区，6-17层为中区，17-18层为高区。低区由市政给水管网直接供给，中区和高区由变频水泵集中供给。 生活消防给水系统：本楼采用消火栓给水系统和自动喷水灭火系统。本建筑室内消火栓不分区，采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统，每个消火栓处设直接启动消防水泵的按钮。高位水箱贮存10min消防用水，消防泵及管道均单独设置。 生活排水系统：采用污废合流，污水经化粪池处理后排至市政排水管线。 关键字： 生活给水系统; 生活排水系统; 生活消防给水系统; 自动喷淋系统 Abstract Water Supply and Sewer Engineering of Building introduces the basic theory，ways and knowledge of skill of installation and administration which include water supply system，drainage system，rain water system and fire preventing system. The object of this design is a high building; the total building-up area of this high building is 13214 square meters. It contains 29 floors and the height of this building is 84.1meters. It contains water supply system, fire preventing system , sewerage system，and rain water system. Water supply system: The main building is divided into two sections to supply water .The low section is from the basement to the five floor and is direct supplied by civil water supply net works of pipe；the middle section is from the six floor to the seventeen floor and the high section is from the eighteen floor to the twenty-nine floor ，they are supplied by the pump changing frequency. Fire extinguishing system: It includes fire hydrant system and automatic spray system. The building’s hydrants are not subarea in door. It combine water tank with water pump temporary high pressure water supply system. Every hydrant sets up the button to startup the hydrant’s pump directly. The perch water tank reserve 10mins water for hydrant. Hydrant pump and pipes both are installation single. Drainage system: The domestic sewages choice two pipe systems, and the black water is collected by pipeline to outdoors. The pipeline carries off domestic sewage to septic tank for treatment, and later discharge to the civil domestic drain
