P73、P53在胃癌组织中的表达及二者相关性 　　作者：狄茂军,杜涛,黄东,刘焱伟　　作者单位：郧阳医学院附属太和医院普外科,湖北 十堰 442000 　　【摘要】目的：检测P73、P53蛋白在胃组织的表达及二者相关性，探讨其临床意义。方法：免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测40例胃癌患者胃组织标本中P73、P53蛋白的表达情况，结合临床病理资料进行分析，并与正常组织、慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃溃疡标本比较。结果：胃癌组织中P73、P53蛋白的阳性表达率分别为62.5 %(25/40)、55.0%(22/40)，高于正常胃粘膜组织、萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡的表达(P0.05);P73蛋白阳性表达率与胃癌组织类型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关(P0.05); 而P53蛋白阳性表达率则与其有关(P0.05);且二者成正相关(P0.05)。结论：P73、P53作为抑癌基因有其组织特异性，与胃癌临床病理和生物学行为存在密切关系，二者可能共同参与胃癌的发生发展过程。 　　【关键词】 P73,P53,胃癌 　　Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of protein P73 and P53 in gastric carcinoma and explore the correlation of P53 and P73. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of P73 and P53 protein in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma.Statistical analysis was performed according to clinicopathogical data.Results ⑴ The positive rates of expression of P73 and P53 protein in gastric carcinoma group were 62.5%(25/40)and 55.0%(22/40),respectively.Compared with normal gastric tissue group,chronic atrophic gastritis group and gastric ulcer group,the expression of P73 and P53 protein was significantly different in gastric carcinoma (P0.05). ⑵The positive rate of P73 protein expression in gastric carcinoma group had no correlation with the histological type,depth of invasion of gastric mucosa and lymph node metastases(P0.05),whereas P53 protein expression in gastric carcinoma group was correlated with clinicopathological status(P0.05). ⑶P73 expression was positively correlated with P53 expression in gastric carcinoma group(P0.05).Conclusion P73 has its tissue specificity,the expression of P73 and P53 is significantly related to pathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma and their biological behavior.Both P73 and P53 protein may participate in the development of gastric cancer. 　　Keywords: P73;P53;Gastric carcinoma 　　细胞周期失衡与细胞增殖失控被认为是肿瘤发病的重要机制。抑制基因P53的突变或缺失打破了癌基因/抑癌基因平衡而在人类肿瘤形成中起重要作用。新近发现P53家族新成员P73基因具有抑制细胞增殖和促进凋亡的作用，但也有研究认为P73的作用更象是一种癌基因[1-2]。对其在肿瘤中起抑癌作用还是致癌作用尚有争论。本研究应用免疫组织化学方法同时
