城市供水管网应急能力建设的研究 张世泽 （1深圳水务集团管网分公司 管网管理部 福田区滨河大道3197号大院上步水务大楼412室 邮编：518033） 摘 要：本文分析了目前国内城市供水系统安全性中存在的问题。通过建立供水系统数学模型，研究现有供水系统的应急能力,提出供水系统脆弱性分析及管网改建、城市多水源化改造等多项措施，达到提高供水系统应急能力的目的；提出采取应急状态下多水源供水系统优化调度措施，保证供水系统在突发事件下满足应急状态下水质、水量、水压的要求。 关键词：供水管网；安全性；优化调度；应急；脆弱性分析 The Study on the Constructing of Emergency Capacity of Water Supply Network ZHANG Shi-ze Abstract: The problem of water supply security in China had been analyzed in this paper. In order to improve the emergency capacity, the vulnerability assessment, the rehabilitation of water supply network and the reconstructing of multi-sourc
