焦煤个一矿制度汇编封皮
前 言
阿左旗贺兰山焦煤有限公司四矿是一个开始技改的矿井,由于人员少,底子薄,各方面工作刚刚起步,基础工作较差。为适应太西煤集团公司大发展、大跨越、建设标准化大矿区的形势,按照公司的指示精神,本着“做事先做人,万事人为本”的企业精神,着手拟定了以岗位责任制为核心的各项管理制度,以规范矿所有员工的行为,提高职工队伍素质,促进生产和建设的顺利进行,保障安全生产,不断增强企业活力和经营管理水平,做到“人有依规,事有参照”,实现管理制度化,决策科学化。
由于水平所限,难免发生遗漏或不足之处,须在今后的实践和执行过程中不断修改完善,逐步跟上太西煤集团公司整体发展步伐。
