摘 要 本课题主要是运用模特法对工时定额和基于工序的工艺成本进行估算，工时定额与工艺成本是工艺定额的重要组成部分，可以作为企业生产或服务活动的有效尺度，可以为定制生产或服务计划、平衡生产线，改善工作研究提供重要的参考依据。要求在基于工业工程的思想进行相关理论分析研究的基础上，基于模特法定制装配工序工时定额，基于工序的工艺成本估算方法计算洗削工序工艺成本。分析研究本课题研究的相关理论与工作流程。第一章主要是通过对外围环境的现状了解，加深对课题整体思路的理解。第二章主要运用模特排时法，根据人体动作的部位、动作的距离和工作的重量，预测操作所需标准时间的方法。第三章通过对齿轮箱和抱轴箱典型零件案例的研究，对铣削工序的工步动作，资源进行分析归纳整理，对基于模特法制定洗削工序工时定额和基于工序的工艺成本估算方法计算铣削工序工艺成本的方法与流程进行系列化和标准化分析。 关键词：工时定额 工艺成本 模特法 ABSTRACT The main subject is the use of model laws on working hours, fixed and process-based cost estimation process, fixed working hours and process the fixed cost is an important part of the process, can be used as production or service activities, effective scale, for custom manufacturing or service plan to balance production lines, improve work study provide important reference.
