中外连锁超市差异的比较与启示 摘 要：连锁超市的最初起源来自美国，它作为零售业态的一种，是经济发展到一定阶段的结果。然而，作为现代零售业中的一种先进经营方式，超市连锁经营在我国存在和发展的历史并不长，但是它以“销售价格低廉，顾客自我服务”等独特的经营方式赢得消费者的喜爱，并以一种势不可挡的趋势快速发展。20世纪90年代以来，外资连锁超市纷纷进入中国大陆市场，我国的连锁超市业面临着巨大的挑战。时至今日，超级市场在我国社会经济发展过程中取得了巨大的成绩，但是不可否认，我国零售业连锁超市的发展还存在不少问题，与国外零售业连锁超市的发展还存在很大的差距。针对这一现状，本文首先对连锁超市的基本理论进行了概述；接着，文章分析了中外零售业连锁超市发展与现状，并在此基础上，对中外连锁超市的有关情况进行了比较；最后，根据我国连锁超市企业发展存在的问题，借鉴国外连锁超市发展经验，提出促进我国连锁超市发展的措施。 关键词：零售业 连锁超市 比较 启示  On the difference between Chinese and foreign retail chains Abstract：The initial origin of supermarket chains are from the United States, who as a retail formats, to a certain stage of economic development is the result.However, as modern retail in an advanced mode of operation, supermarket chain in the history of our existence and development is not long, but it selling low price, customer self-service and other unique mode of operation to win the consumers favorite .
