中文摘要 新型农村合作医疗制度是以保障农民健康为根本宗旨。农合主管部门通过合作医疗制度筹集、合理分配和使用合作医疗基金，为农民提供基本的医疗预防保健服务。新型农村合作医疗制度是一项长期的制度，它满足了农民的基本医疗服务需求，减少因病致贫，达到保障和增进农民健康的目的。本系统就是为了满足宾阳县卫生局新农合办公室对新型农村合作医疗制度的信息化要求而开发。 本系统分为宾阳县新型农村合作医疗管理系统和新农合医院收费前端两大部分。本文要阐述的是利用先进的软件工程思想来开发一个实际的商业系统的过程和步骤。本文作者参与了宾阳县新型农村合作医疗管理系统前期设计，并负责“查询统计”模块的开发和系统的后期测试和实施工作。“查询统计”模块的主要功能是按照用户的要求，快捷准确的查找出用户所需要的数据。开发宾阳县新型农村合作医疗管理系统使用的编码工具为Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0，使用的数据库系统为ORACLE8I，物理网络采用时下最流行的VPN专线局域网。所开发的系统贴近现实环境，具有方便实用、可移植性强、通用性强、安全性高的特点。 关键词： 新农合；可移植性；VPN专线 The new rural cooperative medical care system of Binyang County Tutor:Zhao Jian Author :Liu Weiming Abstract The new rural cooperative medical care system is safeguard farmers health for basic aim.
