【摘要】本工程为恒大五金机电汽配城49#楼，所涉及的工程基地建筑面积：266.89㎡，总建筑面积：533.79㎡，建筑总高7.600m，本建筑物相对标高±0.000与所对应的绝对标高最终由设计与规划部门结合现场确定。（因甲方未提供地形图） 为了使该工程的质量达到标准，采用了ISO9001的质量管理体系标准来进行管理施工，安全方面落实了消防和卫生设施。本工程以进度控制为中心。在结构施工阶段，把主体结构作为重点控制对象;在装饰阶段以美观，防水为重点控制目标；在施工中针对不同阶段的重点和施工是的相关条件，制定施工细则，以达到保证进度的实现。 本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备、主要部分分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。　 【关键词】施工组织设计；施工准备； 进度计划; 技术措施；安全文明生产  [Abstract]This project for the Hengda Hardware Electrical Auto Parts City building 49#, housing for involved in engineering base construction area: 530.33 ㎡, a total construction area: 533.79 ㎡, building a total height of 7.600 m, the building relative elevation of + / - 0.000 and corresponding absolute elevation eventually be determined by integrating the design and planning department.
