摘 要 热处理是机械工业的一项重要基础技术，通常像轴、轴承、齿轮、连杆等重要的机械零件和工模具都是要经过热处理的。热处理对于充分发挥金属材料的性能潜力，提高产品的内在质量，节约材料，减少能耗，延长产品的使用寿命本介绍了烘房烘干的工艺过程及PLC 在该系统中的控制应用。 本设计采用的做控制器，并完成烘房开、关门的自动控制，完成工件在烘房低温区、高温区定时加热的控制，完成烘房温度自动检测与控制的全过程。该系统具有手动和自动两种工作方式，有必要的短路、过载、失压保护等功能。工作可靠设置、操作简单, 生产设备的自动化程度高。使提高了生产效率。 ：PLC控制系统；烘房 Abstract Heat?treatment?is?an?important?foundation?for?mechanical?industrial?technology,?as?is?usually?shaft,?bearings,?gears,?mechanical?linkage,?and?other?important?parts?and?molds?were?required?to?take?the?heat?treatment.?Heat?Treatment?for?giving?full?play?to?the?performance?potential?of?metallic?materials,?the?intrinsic?quality?of?their?products,?material?savings,?and?reduce?power?consumption,?extend?product?life,?and?improving?economic?efficiency?are?of?great?significance.?Is?the?so-called?Perfect?tools?are?necessary?for?perfect?jobs,?then?it?must?be?a?good?the?environment?and?advanced?equipment?for?heat?treatment,?the?whole?is?designing?a?proper?heat?treatment?workshop.This design mainly introduces the drying room drying process and PLC control application in the system. This design adopts the mitsubishi FX2N series FX2N - 32 Mr - 001 controller, and matches by FX2N - 4 AD analog input module and FX2N – 2DAanalog output module. This system mainly complete drying room open, closed automatic control, complete artifacts in the chamber periodically heating low temperature zone, high temperature control, finish the whole course of chamber temperature automatic detection and control. The system has manual and automatic two work modes, necessary for short circuit, overload, the pressure loss protection, etc. This design work is stable and reliable.The establishment and operation is simple. The production equipment automaticity is high.enable the drying-house to obtain the enhancement to the product processing quality, thus effectively improving the product- tion efficiency.
