1、太极拳健心功效

主要体现在以下几个方面:其一,居为不争、无为而为,注重情绪控制和心态调整。中医理论有“七情致病”一说的记载,即喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊。七情趋极而致病,并具体指出:怒伤肝、喜伤心、思伤脾、恐伤肾、忧伤肺。太极拳不仅讲究绵而不断,柔而不松的形、动,更追求情绪稳定,心态平和的好心情;其二,清心寡欲,知足常乐,注重思想集中,精神内守,除恶念和杂念。太极拳心安理得不苛求自我,泰然处之的自足心态,不仅为气沉丹田,以意领气的“调息”和开合自如的“调身”提供了心理基础,也十分有利于消除人的烦恼和缓解内心的冲突,获得心理的平衡;其三,淡泊明志,宁静致远,注重不为名利所困和不为声色所忧。练太极拳不是简单动作的比划,而是追求准确娴熟并演化为技巧或技艺。每一次演练都力求是人生的自我感悟,人性的自我净化,人格的自我完善,内心的自我更新,达到心理调节的功效。
