***办公楼建筑结构设计 摘要 本设计为***办公楼，该工程为钢筋混凝土框架—剪力墙结构，地下一层，地上十层，建筑面积为11753。设计由建筑设计和结构设计两部分组成。建筑设计是进行结构设计的基础，主要进行了建筑平面、立面和剖面的设计。在结构设计中，以地上十层建筑为对象进行抗震设计，遵循“小震不坏，中震可修，大震不倒”的设计准则。在确定结构布局之后，先进行了重力荷载代表值的计算,接着利用经验公式法求出自振周期，按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用大小，进而用D值法求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。其次，取一榀框架，接着计算竖向荷载（恒载及活载）作用下的结构内力。在竖向荷载作用下的内力采用了二次弯矩分配法进行计算，并找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合，进而选取其中最不利的结果计算梁、柱的配筋。最后进行剪力墙部分计算,其计算方法与柱计算类似。框架—剪力墙结构体系综合了剪力墙与框架结构的优点，使得这种结构比框架结构的刚度和承载能力都大大提高了，目前在我国已得到广泛的应用。 关键词: 办公楼；框架—剪力墙结构；建筑结构；抗震设计 Architechture and Structure Design of Office Building for *** of ** Abstract The building is designed to Kindu in *** City office building, the project for the reinforced concrete frame - shear wall structure, a layer of the ground floor, 10-floor building area of 11,753.
