民航运输经济性综合分析 摘要：航空运输是当代社会的基本组成部分，社会对航空运输的依赖性越来越明显。但随着航空事业的发展和航空公司的增多，竞争就越来越强，特别是加入市贸组织以后，国外的一些大型先进航空公司更是冲击中国航空市场，所以我们要最大限度的降低成本来提高竞争力,本文首先分析了航空公司成本的构成及影响因素，然后分析了当前航空公司成本管理的重点，其中在分析当前航空公司成本管理的重点时着重从三个方面分析了成本管理的重点，第一，优化航线结构和机队结构，第二，挖掘节省油料费用的潜力，第三，加强航材的维修管理 关键词：管理；成本分析；民航运输；航空公司   A Comprehensive Analysis of Airlines Economy Student: Zhang Zhansheng Instructor: Yu Jiang  Abstract：Air transportation is a basic component of the contemporary society, peoples dependence on air transportation is more and more obvious. But with development of the aviation undertaking and the increasing of the airline, the competition is stronger and stronger , especially after join WTO , some large-scale advanced airlines abroad assault China aviation market especially .Sowe want the maximum reduction of cost to raise the competitiveness , this text has analysed the composition of airlines cost and influence factor at first, then analysed the focal point of present airlines cost management .Among them has analysed the focal point of management of the cost from three respects emphatically while analysing the focal point of airlines cost management at present, the first optimizes the structure of course structure and machine team, the second exploits the potentialities of saving oil expenses, third, strengthen the maintenance management of the boat material.Civil aviations transportation economy is analysed synthetically .
