Teaching methods: Guided reading and Task-Based Teaching; discussion Teaching procedures: Step1. Getting ready 1. Teach some important new words that may affect students’ comprehension. ⑴ Free talk. Ask students 3questions,introducing new words: What is your life dream? (entrepreneur, venture) What does it take to follow your dreams?(pursue, chase, passion, passionate, commitment) How will you run your business if you are a boss?( criticism, delegate, collaborate) ⑵ Check answers in the Preview list. 2. Introduce some background information about Brason. Show pictures and a video of Richard Branson, which tell us how successful he is. Step2.
