Business English communication is a kind of cross-cultural communication; it is not a simple conversion from Chinese business and cultural context to English. The use of business English has its own fixed principles. However, in international business activities, due to the improper use of business English, it is very easy to misuse fuzzy language, call, voice, tone and polite language. Therefore, we should grasp the principles for the use of business English, sum up experience, use appropriate language under different environments in order to avoid the pragmatic failure to achieve good business contacts and business English communication.
