北京城市学院2012届毕业论文 北京市轨道交通司机安全性评价研究 学生姓名： 学 号：班 级：专 业：学 部：指导教师：二○一二年月 Safety Evaluation of Beijing rail transport drivers 摘 要 随着北京市轨道交通的大跨步发展，轨道交通的安全性也越来越受到人们的关注。要保证行车的安全性，就必须要做到“人-机-环境”三者的有机协调和统一，它是保证系统安全的必要条件。而其中，司机因素是影响系统安全性的重要原因之一。 本论文从轨道司机的安全行为学入手，在机车乘务员安全性量化模型的基础上，结合轨道交通的行业特点和司机职业特征，通过理论和实践，对轨道交通司机安全性评价指标进一步优化，提取轨道交通司机安全性评价指标，建立轨道交通司机安全性评价指标体系。并通过文献综述、现场实践调研获取相关数据，对北京市轨道交通司机安全性进行评价。最后，结合现实情况，从司机安全培训与管理、车辆设备和高科技的运用，环境方面的监督等方面提出建设性的建议，提高司机行车安全性，切实保证北京市轨道交通安全，为乘客创造安全和谐的交通环境。 关键词：轨道交通安全；司机安全性评价；安全指标；司机安全培训与管理 Abstract As Beijing rail transit development of big stride, rail transportation security is also more and more attention by people. To ensure traffic safety, it is necessary to do the man - machine - environment and the organic co-ordination and unified, it is a necessary condition to ensure system security. And among them, the driver factors affect the security of the system, it is one of the important reasons. This paper start from the track the safety of the driver behavior, on the basis of the quantitative model of the locomotive crew safety, combined with the rail transportation industry characteristics and drivers of occupational characteristics, theory and practice, to further optimize the evaluation of the safety of rail transport drivers, extract driver safety evaluation of rail transit, rail transit driver safety evaluation index system. And through the literature review, field practice research to obtain relevant data to evaluate the safety of rail transport drivers in Beijing.
