The aspects from the views of the efficiency, layout, and details optimization to the movements would be combined with the concepts of Human Factor Engineering to optimize the layout in the bathing building and the work flow to the workers. To increase the efficiency of the bathing building, the stimulating model of the layout and the details are used to modify the board design, intervals of the shower as well as the payment methods. To focus on the layout of each floor as well as its inside environment, data are collected and analyzed to draw the graph to make the optimization. To the movements’ improvements, the dynamic analysis and Slow Motions Analysis Imagine are chosen, that make the whole continuous activities become a series of single steps, and being optimized.
