2012级进班实习报告 题目：学生： 学 号：： 专业： 指导教师： 二〇年月In the practice of growingAbstract Befor we going to shanghai,the last thing we should do is practice in class, As a old student ,I have so many words want to tell classmate. we learn a lot of things not learn in school, have some skills which couldnt be found at school and learn talent skills required to unit of choose and employ persons and further efforts to power.In the process of the practice of the factory, we combined with the pattern of last semester, plate-making, tailoring, sewing, ironing and other knowledge, go deep into the practice, process of the process. Looked at those companies posted recruitment advertising, I think I have a lot of insufficient place. Such as cet 4, communication ability and strain capacity, etc. Before we left the school, there are some time to prepare the certificate, skill, ability, from now on, try to change yourself, improve yourself. We now sought-after people, and people need to find a job. Need each other. But the company needs is talent, and the true talents requires effort. Practice, we invest time, energy and enthusiasm to understand the process of garment, serious practice, efforts to improve our hands-on practice ability, let us more familiar with some professional knowledge and skills, let us have more confidence in the way of the ideal insist on.
