摘 要 电机是一种应用最广泛的动力设备，在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用。由于不同产品的技术水平、制造质量、设计选用水平特别是组成配电与控制系统后现场应用中各种因素的影响 ,往往不能够实现对电动机的有效保护 ,据统计资料表明 , 我国大中型企 业每年烧坏电动机数量超过20 万台次 ,直接损失达数十亿元 ,间接损失达数百亿元。因此，本文围绕基于单片机控制的电机保护器的研究这一任务而展开，开发了适用于各种现场环境的交流电机测量、监控、保护一体化装置。 本系统设计的基本原理是监视电机运行时的电压参数，通过对这个参数的分析，实时的为保护电机提供准确的参考信息，然后把这些信息发送到保护器里然后进行跳闸保护，做到可以对电机进行过载、过压、堵转、欠压、不平衡、启动超时的保护。本设计也是为提高了产品性价比，避免了同时采用各单一功能产品所造的浪费，简化和缩小了控制柜上面板尺寸，并且使得安装、维护简易，使用方便，如此诸多因素使电机的应用成本大为下降。具有良好的实用价值和广阔的发展前景。 关键词：电机保护；单片机；故障保护；可靠性， Abstract Motor is a kind of the most widely applied power equipment, plays an important role in national economic development.
