本科毕业论文 不同载畜率下短花针茅生殖性状的 变异与相关性分析 学 院：生态环境学院 专 业：草业科学 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 职 称：教 授 论文提交日期：二О一О年六月 摘 要 短花针茅是短花针茅草原的建群植物，适于放牧，品质优良，对稳定此类型草地的生产力起着决定性作用 。放牧利用直接影响到短花针茅的单株产量在短花针茅草原采用随机区组试验设计方法进行了两年的绵羊围栏放牧,设定4个不同的载畜率水平,研究不同载畜率下短花针茅的单株产量对载畜率的响应, 重点探讨不同载畜率下短花针茅生殖性状变异及相关性分析，由此可以控制载畜量。本实验通过SPSS软件对可能影响产量的相关性状分别进行变异、因子、相关和回归分析。结果表明结实数和千粒重对单穗粒重影响最大，且呈正相关。载畜率与单穗粒重呈现负相关，即载畜率越高，单株产量越低。 关键词：载畜率；单株产量；短花针茅；性状变异  Abstract Stipa breviflora short flower Stipa is the dominant species, suitable for grazing, high quality and stability of this type on the productivity of grasslands play a decisive role.
