本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目:基于CMM的注塑零件的尺寸及几何误差测量与分析学 院：机械电子工程学院专 业:机械设计制造及其自动化班 级：1103015学 号:110301505学生姓名：梁冰指导老师： 杨雨图 职称：讲师二○一五 年 月 日基于的 摘 要 根据CMM的形状误差测量在工程应用中有着重要的价值。本次设计在利用CMM获取测量数据的基础上，根据国家标准中形状误差的定义和评定标准，充分分析了注塑零件的平面度、垂直度等一些形状误差，然后结合逆向工程技术，对注塑零件的三维重建进行了深入研究。 首先，处理对进行阈值分割，并表面重建后生成点云文件。然后，采用CATIA软件对点云文件进行降噪和过滤，获得的精简点云，并经三角网格化和光顺处理后生成模型。结果表明，基于的更精、更快速 关键词：形状误差，CMM，误差处理，逆向工程，注塑零件 Shape Error Measuring and Anglicizing Based on CMM ABSTRACT The form error measurement based on CMM has important value in engineering application. The design on the basis of using the CMM for measuring data, analyzed the injection parts form error fully, according to the national standard of the definition and evaluation criteria of form error, such as，flatness、perpendicularity. And then combined the technology of reverse engineering, studied the 3 d reconstruction of injection molding parts deeply. First of all, Measuring the size and location of the injection molding parts and analyzes the shape error by three coordinates measuring machine，then using CATIA drawing injection parts of three dimensional figure . Finally, the threshold segmentation of injection molding parts on the surface and profile using reverse engineering technology, and involves cloud file after surface reconstruction. And then, Noise reduction and filtering on point cloud files using CATIA software, get smaller point cloud on the surface of the plastic injection parts, and the triangular mesh and smooth after processing to generate model of injection molding parts.The results show that the shape of the parts error analysis is more precise and more quickly based on the three coordinate measuring machine which is very important in the engineering application.
