People are requiring more and more to industrial automation and many kinds of control equipment and procedure monitor device are used in industry, which made the conventional industrial control soft can’t satisfy all kinds of requirement of the users. The two capital parts of performance system of thermal power station are interface and communication. The good configuration software can combinate the two parts well to performance the fact system of thermal power station. This paper describes the whole frame and design of configuration software. The system can change state itself along with following condition and show supervisory control interfaces so it can easily control and supervise the fact system. It also reduces the request of operators, perfects the control procedure, makes control procedure more automatic, and then avoid some dangerous actions. For the sake of better realization to control and supervision, this paper based on domestic configuration software Kingview and by using VB programming and DDE linkage, display and control are implemented in one computer. Thus a low cost and good performance system is obtained.
