中国服装行业现状分析 　　经济全球化的形势下，服装行业的竞争日益加剧，这对我国服装行业既是新的机遇和挑战，同时也是中国从服装大国建设服装强国的关键。建设服装强国的根本性因素是依靠服装科技生产力的跨越式进步，实现劳动生产率的大幅提高。 Against the background of economic globalization, there is an increasingly fierce competition in the garment industry, which is both a new opportunity and challenge as well as the key to transform from a big garment country into a strong one. The fundamental factor to establish a strong garment country is to rely on the great progress of technological productivity and achieve the sharp increase of production rate. 　　按照《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）》关于科技工作的指导方针，把增强自主创新能力作为科学技术发展的战略基点和调整产业结构、转变增长方式的中心环节，大力提高服装行业的创新能力。服装科技涵盖了技术与艺术两个方面，两个方面相辅相成，缺一不可。 根据行业客观现实，本着有所为有所不为的原则，分别以重点领域及优先主题、前沿研究、基础研究和人才培养四个部分作为服装行业科技发展指南，通过这些技术的突破和项目的研发、应用，全面提高服装行业的产品质量、服饰文化、设计水平、装备水平、管理水平、人才素质、信息化程度及公共服务能力，指导行业科技发展，推进企业的科技进步，带动整体产业升级。 According to the guideline of National medium and long-term plan for science and technology development（2006-2020）, improvement of innovative ability is regarded as a key to develop science and technology ,adjust industrial structure and transform growth mode. Innovative ability of the garment industry should be tremendously improved. The technology of garment industry covers two aspects - technique and art - which are complementary to each other. Based on the principle of doing necessary things, we will take major fields, prior themes, frontier research, fundamental research and talent cultivation as a guideline of science and technology development in the garment industry. Through the breakthrough of technology and the RD and application of programs, we can comprehensively improve the product quality, garment culture, design, equipment, management, talent, and service, guide the garment development, push forward the advancement of science and technology, and bring about the upgrade of whole industry. 　　一、重点领域及优先主题 重点领域，是指在服装行业发展过程中亟待科技提供支撑的领域。优先主题，是指在重点领域中急需发展、任务明确、较快能够突破的技术和项目。加强针对重点领域及优先主题的研究、推广应用，为解决服装行业发展中紧迫问题提供全面有力支撑。 Major fields and
