基于DICOM标准的数字医学图像传输的研究 摘要：随着数字可视化和网络技术突飞猛进的发展，医学数字图像通信已经发展成一门新兴的学科。DICOM标准也成为一个在世界上得到广泛认同和使用医学数字图像通信的标准。本文大致可以划分为两个部分：DICOM标准的部分和数字医学图像传输部分。因为DICOM文件是用于表示现实世界中的医疗信息实体，所以DICOM标准部分主要DICOM标准内容和通信体系。数字医学图像传输部分包括文件结构协商DICOM消息在各通信环节中的构造与转变过程数据传输个部分。主要是研究客户端（SCU）和服务器端（SCP）之间是如何来传输数字医学图像的，本部分最后以C-STORE命令存储CT图像为例详细说明了医学数字图象通信的过程。最后本文还对数字医学图像传输的实现进行一定的。：数字医学图像；DICOM；通信The Research of Digital Imaging Communication in Medicine Absteact：With the rapid development of the data visualization and network technology, mdical digital imaging communication has become a rising subject. DICOM standard is widely accepted and used to be the standard of Digital Imaging Communication in Medicine in the world.The thesis can be roughly divided into two parts: the presentation part of DICOM standard and the transmission part of Digital Imaging Communication in Medicine. The DICOM archive is indicated for the medical information entities in the real world.In this paper the structure of DICOM and the Communication System are mainly researched.The transmission part of Digital Imaging Communication in Medicine includes four parts:explanation of the archive’s structure, consultation, conformation and convert process of DICOM message in all Communication link and data transmission. The most important part is how to transport the Digital Imaging in Medicine between SUC and SUP.The final part order the CT images stored as an example detailed description the DICOM communication process.Some research about how to implementation the transmission of digital imaging in Medicine in the end.
