湖南科技大学潇湘学院 毕 业 论 文 题目 民营企业对外直接投资存在的问题与对策研究 作者 学院 商学系 专业 国际经济与贸易 学号 0865020403 指导教师 二〇一二年六月 摘　　要 在“国内竞争国际化，国际竞争国内化”的格局下，鼓励我国企业积极、稳健的实施“走出去”战略是大势所趋、形势所逼。我国民营企业要在30年来改革与发展的基础上做大做强，就必须在积极应对“家门口”的竞争的同时，主动出击国际市场，实施对外直接投资战略，充分利用国际国内两个市场、两种资源。为了更好的走出去，我国民营企业既要加强自身在人才、管理等方面的核心竞争力，同时，我们应当采取切实有效的措施，完善民营企业对外直接投资的外部环境。 本文在对相关名词进行内涵界定及对相关理论进行阐述的基础上，也对我国民营企业对外直接投资的历程进行了梳理，并从投资规模、经营方式等几个方面对我国民营企业对外直接投资的现状进行了分析，进而对我国民营企业在对外直接投资中面临的一些问题进行了相关研究，并针对存在的问题提出相应的解决方案供企业参考。 关键词：民营企业；对外直接投资；问题与对策 ABSTRACT Under the new situation thatthe domestic competion internationalization, the international competion melts at home, our country has already entered a new stage ,during which we implement the strategy ofintroducedandwalked out simultaneously. In order to become big and powerful on the foundation of 30 years’ reformation and development and to utilize both international and domestic markets and resources fully, the enterprises run by the local people must hit out the international market voluntarily and implement foreign direct investment strategy while reply competition ofhome gatepositively.In order to walked out better,Chinas private enterprises should strengthen the core competitiveness on the aspects of talent﹑management.we should take effective measures to improve the external invironment for foreign direct investment. In this article,the process of Chinas private enterprise foreign direct investment is reviewed on the basis of intensional definition related terms and the related theory,and analyzed private enterprise foreign direct investment at the aspects of investment scale、mode of operation.then research some issues related to foreign direct investment.finally,propose the corresponding solution aims at the existence question for enterprise reference.
