The management of inventory is directly related to enterprises capital occupancy level and asset operational efficiency. Inventory management level is an important indicator for measuring soundness of enterprise management system and reasonable proportion of current assets. Therefore inventory management is an important link in the whole process of enterprise management, and is of great significance and influence to the development of enterprises.
