what can a disabled person do for himself In 2006 the population of disabled people in china is more than 8,000 million ,accounting for 6.34﹪ in total. There are so many disabled people and what can they do in their life ? can they only rely on the welfare system for everything? Can they rely on the government and the society to live in the word ? -----obviously not. The disabled have their own advantages and strengths, they also have their own dream. Some of them have determinations and willpower which even the wholesome people may not have . There is an example about it . ZhangHaidi ZhangHaidi is born in jinan ,shandong province and she disabled when she is 5 years old.Because of her disease she never went to shcool .She studied the courses of the elementary school, the middle school and the university independently with dogged (顽强的） willpower. When haidi is 15 ,she went to a poor village with her parents .She began to teach children in the village and study medical knowledge in order to heal the poor people .And she also study several foreign languages by her self afterwards. In 1983,haidi went onto the road of literary creation and wrote many books. Finally Haidi gained great achievements .
