观摩湖南省第二届小学语文教师素养大赛暨观摩研讨活动总结 李邦炯 ????? 2011年11月16日至18日，由湖南省教科院主办，湖南大学子弟小学承办的湖南省第二届小学语文教师素养大赛暨观摩研讨活动在湖南大学大礼堂举行。我作为龙山二小的语文教研员，带领一至六年级六名语文学科组长观摩了大赛的全过程。 ??? 这次比赛全面考核参赛教师的语文素质，大赛分朗读展示、书写展示、知识素养现场答题、才艺表演及课堂教学展示五个环节。课堂教学展示于赛前1天抽签选定课文篇目，知识素养现场答题内容涵盖小学语文教师专业要求应掌握和运用的知识和技能，这都真实地反映参赛老师的真才实学。参赛的16名选手经过各地州市层层选拔推荐，他们基本功扎实，综合素质高，赛场角逐十分激烈。这次比赛集中展示了我省小学语文教师的良好素质和职业风范，选手们先进的教学理念，扎实的教学基本功，广博的知识储备，对教材、教育的深度理解，以及对课堂良好的驾驭能力给与会者留下了深刻印象。比赛现场有来自全省各地500余名教师观摩学习。 ? 龙山县教科所领导与各校语文教研员合影 早早来到大赛场外等候  比赛活动现场 省小语届的专家为活动致辞 课堂教学展示 各地区优秀教师登台亮相 比赛激烈而紧张 吉首市民族实验小学王莉老师执教 选手们在课堂上的风采 赛课完毕，专家对于选手的表现予以点评 ? 在领袖毛主席的塑像前留影纪念  师大附小旁的岳麓书院下午的时候，选手们进行第二个环节的比赛 不愧是各地选拔的教坛精英 ? prevention and treatment of the special rectification work. 2, enhance political concentration.
