知识产权保护对我国对外贸易的影响 摘　　要 在经济全球化的背景下，各国之间的贸易往来日益密切，随着科学技术日新月异的发展，知识创新、技术创新层出不穷，知识产权国际贸易中的地位越来越突出，在国际贸易中WTO）的一员，对外贸易取得了长足发展的同时，贸易结构也发生了变化，中国对外贸易中的知识产权所占的比例越来越大，成为中国对外贸易然而，中国的对外贸易经常到发达国家的知识产权保护壁垒因此，如何处理与发达国家抓住机遇，在知识经济时代奔腾向前，使对外贸易跨越发展，影响分析，最后提出中国应对知识产权壁垒和提高知识产权保护水平的建议。The Impacts of Intellectual Property Protection on China’s External Trade Abstract Under the background of economic globalization, the trade among countries is increasingly close. With the arrival of knowledge economy era, the development of science and technology change rapidly, the innovation of knowledge and technology emerge in an endless stream, so the status of intellectual property in international trade has become increasingly prominent, which occupies in the international trade has increased. As a member of WTO, our country’s external trade has made considerable development. At the same time, the trade structure also has changed, the proportion of intellectual property rights in our country’s external trade has also increased, and it is also an important part of Chinas external trade. However, Chinas external trade has always been involved in intellectual property protection with western developed countries, and the increasing number of intellectual property protection has caused a significant negative impact on Chinas foreign trade. Therefore, how to deal with Chinas experience of intellectual property protection of developed countries in external trade, seize the opportunity, in the era of knowledge economy surging ahead, become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, based on intellectual property rights protection theoretical basis, I will analyze the reasons of the protection of intellectual property rights and its influence to China. Finally puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions.
