摘　　要 随着全球经济一体化的发展和电子商务的兴起，中小4S店之间的竞争将越来越激烈。传统的4S店零配件管理方式为人工管理，所有的数据都采用手工录入方式，此种方式错误率高、效率低下、保密性差。零配件、供应商、客户等大量信息也难以查找、更新和统计。零配件管理系统是一套非常典型的管理系统，此系统主要是为配件区域代理商所设计开发。 使用计算机管理配件有很多传统的人工管理所不具备的优势，例如检索迅速、存储量大、保密性好、成本低、可靠性好、操作功能齐全。这些优势大大提高了4S店零配件管理信息的效率，降低了运营成本。同时也是4S店走向科学化、正规化、并与世界接轨的重要条件。所以，为配件区域代理商开发一套零配件管理系统是非常必要的。 本系统在XP操作系统下使用Eclipse开发平台，Web Server采用Apache Tomcat5.5，数据库采用SQL Server 2000。数据库连接操作使用加载JDBC。通过这种设计模式把应用逻辑、处理过程和显示逻辑分成不同的组件来实现，这些组件可以进行交互和重用，提高了开发效率，各模块单独设计，有助于降低整个程序的设计难度及减少错误程序的影响范围，是目前比较流行的方式，并且开发完的系统有很高的可移植性。 关键词：4S店　　管理系统　　数据库　　JSP ABSTRACT With the development of global economic integration and the rise of e-commerce, small and medium-sized enterprises between the increasingly fierce competition.
