ERP在我国中小企业管理中的应用研究 【摘要】目前，ERP倍受广大中小企业关注，其应用正在不断地展开，已成为不少中小企业解决交货延期、资金周转慢、成本测算难等内部管理问题的有效办法。然而ERP项目涉及的问题很多、应用效果不佳、成功率低等问题困扰着中小企业。文章首先阐述了课题的研究背景及其意义，然后通过华北制药集团、凌进电子有限公司以及许继集团ERP系统实施案例的描述与论证，分析出ERP在我国中小企业中的应用现状，从而得出ERP系统的应用特点及其存在的问题，最后给出了中小企业实施ERP的建议及策略。 【关键词】企业资源计划；企业管理ERP in the small and medium-sized enterprises management application research  Abstract: At present, the ERP has attracted large Numbers of small and medium-sized enterprises concerned, its application is continuously unfolds, many small and medium-sized enterprises has become solve the delivery, the capital turnover slow, cost estimates difficult problems such as the effective way to internal management. However the ERP project involves a lot of problems, application effect of poor low rate of success, problems of smes. This article first expounds the background and significance of the subject, and then through the north China pharmaceutical group, LingJin electronic Co., LTD. And XuJi group ERP system implementation case description and demonstration, analyze the ERP in the present situation of the application of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and concluded that ERP application characteristics and existing problems, and finally presents the medium-sized and small enterprises to implement ERP advice and strategies.
