摘 要 城镇供暖是生活环境质量的重要指标之一，将直接影响到城镇居民的日常生活。近年来，由于实施分户热量收费的迫切需要，设计一种预付费式热能计量控制系统十分必要。 本文设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机的热能计量与控制系统。通过DS18B20温度传感器和DN20流量传感器，将温度、流量数据直接传给单片机。根据公式算出消耗的热能值，并且通过LCD显示屏显示消费、余额、温度、时间等相关信息，系统设置有语音预警提示。单片机输出信号通过D/A、V/I电路，将输出信号传递给电动调节阀，控制阀门的开度，达到调节室内温度目的。通过CAN总线以及非接触式IC卡模块实现远程抄表和用户的预付费功能。系统数据存储在储存芯片AT24C04A内，防止数据丢失。 预付费热量表不仅可以解决供暖系统中耗热的计量问题，还大大提高了供暖计费的准确性和及时性，杜绝错误、遗漏等问题，为科学、及时、准确、合理进行民用供热系统的热能计费、收费、控制提供了有效的工具。 关键词：预付费；热能计量；远程抄表 Abstract Heating is an important indicator of urban environmental quality of life , will directly affect the daily life of urban residents . In recent years , due to the urgent need to implement household calorie charges , to design a prepaid -type heat measurement and control system is necessary. This paper designs energy measurement and control system based on AT89S52 microcontroller . DN20 through DS18B20 temperature sensors and flow sensors , temperature , flow data directly to the microcontroller . Energy consumption values ??calculated according to the formula , and the LCD display shows consumption, balance , temperature , time, and other relevant information, the system is provided with a voice warning prompt.
