攀枝花学院本科毕业设计（论文） 管理学理论在企业生产经营中的运用 学生姓名： 汤 军 学生学号： 201110603025 院（系）： 机械工程学院 年级专业： 工业工程 指导教师： 王超 教授 助理指导教师： 二〇一五年五月  摘 要 自从邓小平实行的改革开放后，引进国外的先进技术与管理技术，我国经济开始蜕变，迅速崛起。然而，经济的发展是以企业发展的好坏为基础，换句话说企业强则经济强，企业弱则经济弱。为此，企业发展的好坏直接或间接的影响我国的经济发展。所以，无论国企也好，私人企业也罢，企业的振兴关系国家的经济发展，也是我国政府孜孜不倦的追求。本课题便是研究企业如何才能更好地发展，重点又是研究企业经营生产中如何在先进的管理水平上整合生产资源，提高生产效率。这样便将会涉及大量的管理理论以及相关的知识，寻找最佳切合点运用于企业生产经营中，以此达到管理理论运用最佳，资源分配最优，经济效益最高。 关键词： 管理理论 生产经营 资源整合 经济效益 ABSTRACT Ever since deng xiaopings reform and opening up, the introduction of foreign advanced technology and management technology, Chinas economy has begun to change, the rapid rise.However, the development of economy is based on the stand or fall of enterprise development, in other words, enterprise strong a strong economy, enterprise weak economy weak.To this end, the stand or fall of enterprise development, directly or indirectly influence the economic development of our country.So, whether state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, the revitalization of the countrys economic development of the enterprise, is also a tireless pursuit of our government.This topic is to study how enterprises can better development, the key is the enterprise management in the production of how to integrate production resources to the advanced management level, improve the production efficiency.This will involve a lot of management theory and related knowledge, finding the best fit point used in enterprise production and operation, to use best management theory, the optimal distribution of resources, economic benefit is supreme.
