基于E时代的电子商务企业财务风险防范研究 摘 要: 电子商务的兴起,从真正意义上促进了经济全球化的加速,基于因特网的电子商务的发展不仅改变了传统的业务模式,而且还改善了企业的财务系统,优化了系统的功能，同时先进的网络信息技术商务型公司未来发展的关键在于财务管理的信息化。能否充分利用电子商务扩大自己的市场,提高市场竞争力和抗风险能力，对于财务管理的信息化处理是企业发展的必经之路。从而降低电子商务企业的财务风险，提升了企业整体的质量，更有效的完成企业的业务，促进商务型企业的进一步发展。 本文通过对我国电子商务企业的财务风险研究，指出控制和降低企业财务风险的的重要作用，基于对企业财务风险理论的研究与分析，阐述企业财务风险产生的原因。并根据我国电子商务企业的发展现状，分析我国电子商务企业财务风险形成的各种内外因及具体体现，发现我国存在严重的“风险防范”问题。通过对“财务风险防范的整体思路”的探索，最后提出防范与控制对策的结论，以防范和化解电子商务企业财务风险，维持电子商务企业正常的经营活动，促使电子商务企业健康、稳定、快速的发展。 关键词：电子商务；财务风险；风险防范措施 In the era of the E e-commerce enterprise financial risk based on Abstract: The rise of e-commerce, the true meaning to promote the acceleration of economic globalization, the development of Electronic Commerce on the Internet has not only changed the traditional business mode based on the enterprise financial system, but also to bring a new change, at the same time, the advanced network information technology for the new effective financial and management mode brings broad space and possibility. Through the research on financial risk present situation of domestic e-commerce enterprises, the paper puts forward the practical significance of the prevention of financial risk, and starting from the definition of enterprise financial risk, in-depth study of the theory on enterprise financial risk, financial risk analysis of our country electronic commerce enterprise risk forms and characteristics, and then use a variety of methods of social research, analysis the financial risk of e-commerce business in China to form a variety of internal and external factors and concrete manifestation, found that in China there is a serious problem of risk. Through the exploration of the idea o
