摘 要 我国加入世贸组织以后，市场经济的发展日趋成熟和国际化，企业作为市场的主体参与市场竞争，必须认清面临的各种风险，企业管理的实质就是风险管理。在我国，大部分企业普遍都存在资本金不足的问题，但是通过自身积累等方式筹资是很有极限的，要通过筹资的方式筹集一定的资金，维持企业的运营。因此，企业必须进行筹资，大部分企业多数采用负债筹资方式，负债筹资风险是指企业举债经营而导致偿债能力丧失或企业举债后资金使用不当导致企业遭受损失及到期不能够偿还债务的可能性。因此加强筹资风险管理，是企业生存发展的至关重要的问题。 本文通过对筹资风险管理的定义、分类及原则方面进行理论分析，并从辽宁嘉旭铜业股份有限公司的实际情况出发，对影响筹资风险管理的因素进行了研究，发现该公司规章制度不健全，管理层防范意识不够，由于风险防范意识薄弱，造成该公司资本结构不合理，负债规模大，期限结构不合理，偿债能力弱的严重问题，因为该公司大量举债经营，银行借款数额也较大，所以金融市场利率波动和银行利率波动较大就对该企业造成了很大风险，这些都是影响企业发展的关键问题。通过分析以上产生问题的原因，提出了一些应对该企业要健全公司制度，提高管理者的风险防范意识的措施，并且要优化资本结构，确定合理的负债规模，合理的期限结构和提高企业的偿债能力。对于利率问题，公司要科学预测银行利率变动和金融市场利率波动。 通过全面分析，提出以上解决问题的策略，希望对该公司在筹资风险管理方面有所帮助。在本文中根据辽宁嘉旭铜业的情况，提出了在筹资风险管理方面的规避措施，该公司可以建立科学的筹资决策机制，多方面拓宽筹资渠道，合理安排筹资时机。 关键词: 辽宁嘉旭铜业股份有限公司；筹资风险管理；资本结构；负债规模 Abstract Chinas accession to WTO, the market economy matures and international, enterprises as the mainstay of the market competition in the market , we must recognize the risks faced by enterprise management is the essence of risk management .
