毕业设计（论文） 题 目 异形转台组件数控加工工艺与数控加工程序设计 专 业 数控技术 班 级 数控xx 姓 名 xxx 指导教师 xxx 毕业时间 2012.7 摘 要 数控机床是在普通机床基础上发展起来的先进机床，是当今机械加工技术发展的一种主流设备，在数控加工中从零件的设计图纸到零件成品合格交付，不仅要考虑到数控程序的编制，还要考虑到诸如零件加工工艺路线的安排、加工机床的选择、切削刀具的选择、零件加工的定位装夹等一系列因素的影响，在开始编程前，必须要对零件设计图纸和技术要求进行详细的数控加工工艺分析，以最终确定哪些是零件的技术关键，哪些是数控加工的难点，以及程序的编制难易程度。本次设计内容为《异形转台》零件的数控加工及工艺制造过程，介绍了数控 加工的特点、加工工艺分析以及数控编程的一般步骤。 关键词：数控机床、工艺分析、数控编程、异形转台 ABSTRACT NC machine tool is the most important modern processing workshop equipment, modern CAD / CAM, FMS, CIMS, agile manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing technology are based on numerical control technology. In NC machining from parts of the design drawings to finished parts qualified delivery, not only to considering the preparation of NC program, also taking into account the such as parts processing craft route arrangement, machine tool, cutting tool selection, machining positioning clamping etc. a series of factors influence, in before the start of the program must be to analysis the detailed numerical control machining process for parts design drawings and technical requirements, to ultimately determine which parts of the key technology, which is the difficulty of NC machining and programming difficulty.
