毕 业 论 文 专 业 工商管理 题 目 浅析顺丰速运公司的直营发展模式 学生姓名 吕薇 学 号 YC1291010066 指导教师 李嘉 2015年 9 月1 日 浅析顺丰速运公司的直营发展模式 姓名：冯雪奎 专业：工商管理 摘要：直营模式作为快递企业的一种经营模式，在当前快递行业市场竞争越发激烈的情况下，由于其相较加盟型企业所表现出的优越性也越发得到重视。顺丰速运公司以其独特的直营模式在国内甚至国际快递行业都占得一席之地。因此，本文主要以顺丰速运为例，通过研究顺丰速运的直营发展模式，试图对直营模式有个深入的理解。通过对这一模式的研究，一方面当下采用加盟模式的快递企业可以借鉴直营模式的长处，汲取经验，更好地解决加盟转直营道路中出现的问题，规范操作水平，提高管理能力，整顿混乱不堪的快递网点环境。另一方面，本文还指出了直营模式存在的问题以及完善的方案，对于国内学者研究物流业、邮政业、电子商务、快递业等产业均具有一定的理论与现实意义。 关键字：顺丰；直营模式；加盟模式；SWOT Abstract：With?the rapid development of Chinas economy and?The electronic commerce?,the express industry has been becoming an important main body of industry, which is revealing?the?development trend of prosperity?. At present, the private courier industry in our country has two main operational forms which include?direct retailer?and?franchise store?.For the alliance system ,the quality is difficult to achieve high standards because of the Uncoordinated relationship between?franchise store?and General Headquarters?,each franchisee only focus on their own interests and ignore the service. Therefore the exposed problems are getting more and more serious.?in order to improve this situation, many first-class domestic courier corporations are accelerating the speed of transition from the mode of affiliation to the mode of?Straight battalion. However, in the competitive logistics market, SF express corporation that utilized the mode of?Straight battalion has achieved great success in domestic express industry ,no??matter in??service or management, are both far ahead of the other courier companies which made it became the first express company.
