毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：中国平安股份有限公司财务分析与评价 院系名称：经济管理学院 班 级：会计113班 学 号：2011XXXXXX 学生姓名：XXX 指导教师：XXX 2013年5月 论文编号：XXXXXXXXXXX 中国平安股份有限公司 财务分析与评价 Ping An of China Corporation Financial Analysis and Evaluation 院系名称：经济管理学院 班 级：会计113班 学 号：2011XXXXXX 学生姓名：XXX 指导教师：XXX 2015 年5月摘要 近年来，上市公司的财务分析问题越来越受到人们的关注。如何读懂财务报表所传递的各种信息并准确进行相关分析，是财务分析者面临的现时要求。传统的财务分析体系主要以财务能力分析为主，通过计算各种财务指标，对企业的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和发展能力进行分析与评价，从而判断企业的财务状况以及经营成果。 本文以中国平安公司2009年至2012年的经营状况为对象，对其进行会计报表分析和财务指标分析，结合行业分析与战略分析，通过与上市公司财务指标相对比，找出该公司经营中存在的一些问题，并提出解决问题的建议。 首先，本文以中国平安所处行业的分析和竞争策略分析等企业战略分析内容作为财务分析的重要起点。然后，本文对中国平安公司的财务报表进行了比较完整的分析，分别对资产负债表，利润表，现金流量表的结构和趋势进行了分析。接下来，本文分析了中国平安公司的财务能力，主要针对公司的偿债能力，营运能力，盈利能力和发展能力进行了分析。最后，在以上基础上得出分析结果和改进意见，从而为企业管理者和决策者提供信息支持。 关键词：中国平安股份有限公司，财务分析，财务报表 Abstract In recent years，financial analysis of listed companies has increasing received attention. How to read various information delivered financial statements and correlation analysis accurately, is requirements now faced by the financial analysts. Financial analysis refers to the economic activity providing useful financial information for accounting control and optimizing financial decision-making，in which the entity of financial analysis according to their different purposes，analyzes and evaluates the enterprise’s financial situation，operating results and cash flows，in a scientific way，through revealing the Operating conditions and the developing trend of the business by financial reports and other relevant information and data，along with industry information.
