To give an analysis on the actual changing trend under the dual restriction of simultaneous push in economic opening and dualistic structure switch, this paper put forward a dual-binary analytic framework which including urban opening sector, urban closing sector, rural opening sector and rural closing sector, and carry a dynamic mending based on the conception of horizontal transference and vertical flex. On the basis of these, this paper gives an experiential explanation of overall characteristic and basic trend in China’s income distribution changing since 1978. Conclusion of positive analysis supported the validity of this dynamic analytic framework, and the analytic outcome of this paper revealed that enormous difference between urban and rural is the basic cause for the inverted-U changing trend in Chinese income gap, and controlling the income gap in urban sector and between urban and rural are the two effective policy tools which can promote the benign changing of income distribution in china.
