篇一:人事文员工作职责英文参考
POSITION OBJECTIVE
To provides sufficient human resources support and substantial interaction with all staff in the South amp; Southwest office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Incumbent will have primary responsibilities in specific HR functional areas and will have to provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner, e.g. new employee registration in FESCO, personnel file maintenance, annual leave etc.
2.To coordinate with all possible/practical sources, such as internet amp; newspaper advertisement, professional consultants, internal posting, referrals and other effective means so to ensure selection and placement of the most suitable, qualified individuals to fill the open position within 4 - 6 weeks.
3.To maintain the talent pool by filing and updating the existing resumes according to the current system.
4.Support Training programs in South and Southwest Such as analysing and conducting an annual training plan with the direct supervisor, also to be responsible of following up the training results for the China employees.
5.Support employee activities and plan budget of year, take activities record etc.
6.To update the FESCO and conducted benefits for China employees on a regular basis, e.g., Accident Insurance coverage.
7.Maintain, update and manage employment documentation such as Personnel file, HR policy and employee handbook etc, maintain employee database to ensure integrity of HR data.
8.To provide monthly payroll coordination, which including banking, taxation amp; individual bank account notification for employee.
9.Take on additional HR assignments as needed.
